Dear CUHSD Graduate:

During the 2018-2019 school year, you completed one or more upper level Vocational [CTE] Education course at Central Union High School or Southwest High School. Because these courses are supported by specialized funding from the United States Department of Education, school districts are required to collect follow-up data from former students. This information is compiled and submitted as part of a statistical report which is then forwarded to the California Department of Education office which oversees the program.

Your responses to the following questions will greatly assist us in the completion of this required report. Your answers are strictly confidential and your name will not be part of the final document (only counts).
