Student Accounts

All students are required to have two active accounts to access instructional resources and school information.

School Google Account

Your school Google account provides access to:

• School Chromebook
• School Gmail
• Google Classroom
• Google Drive
• Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, and other Google Workspace tools

Students should log in using their district-issued school email address and create a secure password that is at least eight characters long. Passwords should never be shared with anyone. Your school Google account is intended for educational purposes only and should be used safely and responsibly.

Aeries Student Portal

The Aeries Student Portal provides access to important student information, including:

• Class schedules
• Teacher information
• Grades and progress
• School announcements and messages

Students should first check their school Gmail for the "New Aeries Student Portal" email and follow the setup instructions. If the email is unavailable, visit your school's website, select Aeries Portal, click Forgot Password, and follow the prompts using your school Google email address.

School Email Format

Student school email addresses follow this format:

First 3 letters of first name + First 3 letters of last name + Last 4 digits of Student ID @mycuhsd.org

Example:

Student: Anna Lopez Luna
Student ID: 345678
Email: annlop5678@mycuhsd.org

Note: Students use the same district Google email address for both their Google account and the Aeries Student Portal.

Chromebook Expectations

Students are expected to:

• Bring their Chromebook to school every day fully charged.
• Report any Chromebook problems immediately.
• Keep their Chromebook clean, protected, and in good condition.
• Use their Chromebook safely and responsibly.
• Use their district-issued Chromebook during the school day, as personal devices may not be used as a replacement.
